Monday's & Wednesday @ 5:30pm
Type: Intervals, circuits, weights, all exercises can be modified to suit all fitness level
2018 Class Desrciption
Sunday : Functional Fitness
Using sleds, ropes, tires, kettle bells, weighted vests, sandbags, box jumps, full body movements, agility & power exercises will help you get ready for your Tough Mudder, Spartan or any of your obstacle races.
Monday : Weights and Resistance training
Using weight machines, dumbbells, bars, body weight, bands multi muscle groups worked using single & compound exercises
Wednesday : Cardio, Core/Abs, Stability & Flexibility
Using treadmills, row machines, bikes, agility and callisthenics along with bosu, 360, TRX, to strengthen core and stabilizers will have you rounding out your week. This is a mix of short burst cardio intervals and some endurance intervals
