Our assessment will guide our trainer to develop a program based around your needs, goals and establish a starting point that is measurable. |
In Home Personal Training~ Let us come to you and save you the drive time and gym membership. No need to have equipment we supply it all. Includes and 1 hour personalized program with a certified trainer. In Home Semi-Private Training~ At Fit2Go we love to motivate friends, couples or neighbors, however you have found a partner to train with we'll adapt a program suitable for the both of you. A great way to save some money and stay accountable, this system can truly be an advantage as a tool to reach your goals and have fun doing it. We'll bring everything you need to get a full workout times two. |
