  • This is a mix of circuits, interval, core, stability, functional and strength endurance training.
  • Group Rate 
  • 4-12 week Packages 
  • Once per week or more
  • Schedule a Time and Day that works for the team
  • 1 Hour Session
  • Group of 8-12 people (Contact for details in accordance to Zone)
  • The programming is determined around the upcoming events.  Please Contact for further information.
  • This is the group is for teams (eg. dragon boat racing, baseball, obstacle race entries etc).
