Are you looking for a new obstacle course to try?

Look no further, although I haven't tried this one personally. It is on my list of races to run this year.

It's not far out from London, On. and boasts 2 tons of mud and 5 km with 19 obstacles to conquer. An after party and band. Perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon in the country.

If your new to the racing scene and need motivation and a training program and/or a group to train with contact us!

Congratulations to all the members of our team this year. Ashley, Alex & Lorraine Fisher, Alec, Chrystal & Brandon Nicholas, Susie & Sandy Azevedo and for our Junior Sprint Race Emmi and Ella Nicholas who finished in the top 30 for their age group. Our Adult team completed  the obstacle course approxmitley 10 minutes faster then last years run. 
It was a balmy 100 degrees out but we had a little breeze that made it not so stifling. 
Like what you see here, theres more team events to join. Next event coming up August 8th, 2015 The Roughneck Stampede Obstacle course in Brampton On. Contact if you'd like to join the team. It's all about fun. Our team has all fitness levels and we stick together.
