One thing is for sure we have all had to adapt to our circumstances, maybe some more then others, maybe some for the better. Now there is no looking back and virtual fitness classes are here to stay.
With the added convenience of a quick login and no travel time, just a few basic pieces of equipment and you are ready to go.
I’m loving them, just as much as our traditional in person classes. Which are back on. Limited spaces still available.
