Another great show day Oktoberfest GNC Natural Show 2015. What a great showing of hard work by all competitors and specifically by Ashely V. who even mid training suffered injuries as a result of a car accident still pursued and improved her physique from last show. Thats the goal always comparing yourself to yourself. Show up day to day, consitency is key and make the changes in areas that your working on. Although you may not place where you want on the day, you come out on top with a better physique and healthy body. You build character through pain and challenges and come out stronger on the other side both mentally and physically.

AM980 FOR SAFTEY SAKE_guest Chrystal Nicholas LISTEN NOW
Today was my first experience on a talk radio show and I have to say I loved it! Although public speaking has never been one of my passions or greatest accomplishments, I have now become more comfortable with the idea and doing so. Thank you Lorraine Fisher for having me and I hope to be a guest again in the near future.

Roughneck Stampede-We got down and dirty
It was a great turnout on this beautiful property in Brant, Ontario. We got wet, muddy and dirty. It was to be expected, lots of water and dirt and trail to run the course with 19 obstacles.
The race was well run and supplied all that you could need. A great race with obstacles, fitness & food vendors, washroom facilities (aka porta potties) washing station, sponsors, fundraising opportunities and even live entertainment!
I'll be putting this run on my list of races to attend next year.

Congratulations to all the members of our team this year. Ashley, Alex & Lorraine Fisher, Alec, Chrystal & Brandon Nicholas, Susie & Sandy Azevedo and for our Junior Sprint Race Emmi and Ella Nicholas who finished in the top 30 for their age group. Our Adult team completed the obstacle course approxmitley 10 minutes faster then last years run.
It was a balmy 100 degrees out but we had a little breeze that made it not so stifling.
Like what you see here, theres more team events to join. Next event coming up August 8th, 2015 The Roughneck Stampede Obstacle course in Brampton On. Contact if you'd like to join the team. It's all about fun. Our team has all fitness levels and we stick together.
